Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Freed Speech purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed/undamaged) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.)

 

If we made a mistake or a defective item snuck through our quality control, please contact us and we’ll a send a replacement straight away, and include your return label in the substitute package.

 

Do you offer FREE Returns/Exchanges?

Yes, we do offer free returns on all domestic orders with full priced items!  (PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders and on sale items, more on that below)*

 

*Full price items on Domestic Orders Only. International customers will be asked to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

*Returns & exchanges for “On Sale” items are acceptable  but we do ask that you cover the cost of return ship labels for items from our Sale section. We also have a few items that are final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges.
